Brooks & Dunn took Rascal Flatts on the road early in their career, and Brooks and LeVox would later become neighbors. DeMarcus recalls producing one of Dunn's solo albums (Tattooed Heart), calling it among his proudest accomplishments.
Lynn stirred up considerable controversy when she released a song called "The Pill." The lyrics celebrated the freedom that the advent of the birth control pill afforded to married women who didn't want to have more kids, and while the lyrics were really not particularly salacious, 60 country radio stations across the country banned the song for its theme.
So far, Twain has announced 23 performances from December 2019 through June 2020. Tickets for all of the shows will go on sale Friday, June 21st at 12PM CT. Zappos Theater holds just over 4,500 seats for concert performances, and tickets are expected to go quickly.
